1 The Promoter
The Promoter is Loseriada UK Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales under number 13662258 whose registered office is at 590c Bradford Road, WF17 8LP Batley, West Yorkshire. Loseriada UK operates various free draws resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions on each and all such competitions being referred to herein respectively as the ‘Competition(s)’.
2 Competition Entry
There is no requirement to pay to enter any Competition, as each Competition has a free entry route available – see rule below for details of how to enter for free. The availability of a free entry route to enter each Competition means that the Competition does not fall within the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 and can be operated legally in United Kingdom without any need for a licence.
3 How to enter online
3.1 When playing a Competition online via the Website, you must follow the on- screen instructions
3.2 In order to enter a Competition, you will need to register an account with us. You can register an account online. To register an account online you will be asked to provide an email address or sign in via a social media (‘Social Media Account’)

3.7 Select your answer to the competition question and required number of entries;
3.8 Complete the checkout process confirming that you have read and understood these terms and conditions
3.9 complete the payment to receive your order confirmation via verified email
3.10 You may repeat this process as many times as you wish up to the maximum number of tickets allowed per Entrant, or until the total quantity of tickets have been allocated.
3.11 By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
4.1 You may enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:
4.2 Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class post to the Promoter at the following address; Loseriada UK 590c Bradford Road, WF17 8LP Batley, West Yorkshire include with your entry the following information:
4.3 your full name;
4.4 your address;
4.5 a contact telephone number and email address;
4.6 your chosen competition, and your answer to the Competition Question.
4.7 All details on the contact form MUST correspond to the details on the account.
4.8 Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
4.9 First Class postage must be paid.
4.10 You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
4.11 For Competitions a random number/s will be allocated to each free entry by the Promoter.
4.12 All free Entries will be treated in the exact same way as paid Entries.
4.13 Where applicable, these Competition terms and conditions also apply to free Entries.
4.14 Free postal entries do not count towards the minimum/maximum number of tickets that need to be sold.
4.15 Free postal entry must be received by the Promoter up to 3 working days / 72h after the competition closing date. Entries received after 3 working days from closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Please note that as our Competitions often have a limited number of available, the Closing Date may be the earlier of: (i) a set time and date; and (ii) the time and date on which the maximum number of entries via the Online Entry Route and Postal Entry Route have been received. All competition entries received outside these times will be disqualified without a refund.
5 Start date
This promotion will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates of London time +0HRS.
6 Closing date
6.1 The Competition will close either on the stated end date on the Website or when the last ticket is sold or allocated (whichever is the earlier) (the ‘Closing Date’).
6.2 The closing date for entries to promotion paid entries received by us after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion
7 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoters will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.
8 Refund policy
All Entries to the Loseriada UK competitions are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the closing date or if the Promoter cancels the competition for any reason.
9 Eligibility
9.1 To enter this promotion, Entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
9.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
9.2.1 The Prompters, employees or workers
9.3 Entries will be void if they:
9.3.1 Do not comply with these terms and conditions;
9.3.2 Are incomplete or illegible;
9.3.3 Are considered by the Promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of this promotion.
9.4 We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence within 7 calendar days to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.
9.5 Our decision as to whether an entrant (or their entry) is eligible for this promotion is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.
10 Prize
10.1 The prize is supplied by Loseriada UK Limited and comprises or third party
10.2 Unless otherwise stated we are responsible for all costs relating to delivery of the prize(s).
10.3 The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above as being included as part of the prize.
10.4 The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisation connected to this promotion.
10.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) in the following circumstances:
10.6 the Prize becomes unavailable;
10.7 other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter make it necessary to do so;
10.8 the Winner opts for a Cash Prize instead of the Prize. If the Prize is a vehicle the cash alternative will be at the trade value of the vehicle calculated using Auto Trader’s online car valuation service. Any cash values advertised are an approximate price and the cash alternative value will be confirmed at the current trade value of the vehicle at the time of the sale.
10.9 The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.
11 Selection of the winner
11.1 The random draw will take place as soon as reasonably possible and, in any event, within 10 days of the Closing date specified on the website or app
11.2 The winner of this promotion will be the entry chosen out of all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions
11.3 Google Random Number Generator (or an alternative verifiably random method) will be used to determine the winner of each Competition (the ‘Winner’).
11.4 The draw will be live streamed on Facebook or another live streamed internet channel. All Entrants will have their names and ticket numbers put into a spreadsheet.
11.5 This spreadsheet will be visible during the live draw. If you wish to have your name censored from the spreadsheet for the live draw, please contact info@loseriada.uk with reasonable time left before the prize draw takes place.
11.6 The decision is final.
12 Contacting the winner
12.1 We will notify the winner as soon as possible on or after the closing date using the contact details provided in the entry using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry
12.2 It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate, up to date and complete
12.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact over a period of 7 days. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.
12.4 “The Alternate Winner “selected at random in the same method as before from the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date.
13 Receiving the prize
13.1 Where the prize is capable of physical delivery, the winner will receive it within thirty days at the address provided in the entry.
13.2 In all other cases, we will provide the winner with instructions on how to book or obtain their prize.
13.3 Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winners nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that it is the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in disqualification from the competition and the winner forfeiting the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
13.4 A Winner will be required to show proof of identification, residency and proof of age on delivery of the Prize. Any failure to meet this requirement may result in the Winner being disqualified and the Promoter retaining the Prize.
13.5 The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. The Promoter makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.
13.6 The Promoters make no representation or warranty as to the Valuation or the Prize, its structural or cosmetic condition or its ability to be sold. Entrants should make and rely on their own enquiries and legal advice about the Prize before entering the Competition
13.7 We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If a prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
13.8 Save for death or personal injury the Promoters will not be liable for any loss (including economic loss) suffered to or sustained by any person or property as a result of any act or omission of the Promoters, nor will their servants or their agents in developing, planning and Administrating the Competition, distributing the Prize to the Winner or following the distribution of the Prize; The Promoters accept no liability for errors or omissions contained within the Prize details, description or specification or any other part of the Website. It is the responsibility of each Entrant (and in particular the Winner) to satisfy him/herself as to the accuracy of any such details and/or any content of this website.
13.9 The Promoters do not accept responsibility for entries which they do not receive due to failures in computer systems, other malfunctions, high Internet traffic, hardware failure, software failure, server faults or any other reason.
14 Publicity and use of personal information
14.1 We will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
14.2 The surname and county of the winner will be published at www.loseriada.uk
14.3 Entrants who do not want their surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above must notify us within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. See clause 12 below for our contact details.
15 Our liability
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party.

16.3 Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK (except Northern Ireland) in which you live.
